Good morning and welcome to the Signing of the Administrative Protocol of Aid Management for the Implementation of the Project “Mainstreaming Peace and Development in Local Governance in the Philippines” or MPDLGP.
The GPH Panel for Talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front is aware of the difficulties encountered by our colleagues in the GPH Panel for Talks with the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CNN).
It is good to be here again in conversation with the Foreign Correspondents’ Association of the Philippines. Not much has happened in the peace negotiations since we last met. By this, I mean, there has not been much progress, although there has been a lot of noise.
